Before launching JML Career Coaching, I worked in college career services at Georgetown University and University of Pittsburgh. Through private coaching and partnering with education tech startups and government contractors, I have experience with people in all stages of their careers. I know what makes candidates stand out throughout the entire hiring process.

After 10 years, I’m back in my hometown of Buffalo, NY (yes, it snows a lot) where I’m thrilled to work with clients locally and across the globe. As an entrepreneur and a mom of two small boys, I get how crazy life is. I understand balancing an intentional, fulfilling career with every-day life commitments.
